🛡️ 5CODE Admin Panel — Staff Panel, Tickets & Moderation

A player needs help. Today that is a line in the game chat that scrolls away, a teleport, a question shouted across a parking lot, and afterwards nobody knows who handled it.

With the 5CODE Admin Panel the player writes /report and gets a small chat window. A staff member claims the ticket and answers there. If they need to talk, one button brings everybody into a private room, and the same button sends each person back to the exact spot they stood on. Whatever happens next, a warn, a jail, a ban, is one click away and is written into the log with the name of the staff member who did it.

For your staff

• /admin opens the full panel, /adminmenu a quick menu with the tools they use every minute.
• A searchable player list and a profile for every player: money, job, identifiers, playtime, earlier bans and warns, staff notes and alerts.
• Go to, bring, spectate, freeze, revive, heal, screenshot, message.
• Give and take money, give items, set a job, set a model and give the player their own look back.
• Search and act on players who are offline: profile, warn, ban, release from jail.

For moderation

• Tickets with a chat, on both sides. A ticket whose staff member left goes back to waiting.
• Sits in a private room, with the way back to the exact spot.
• Bans that hold — a ban blocks the account and the PC.
• An admin jail that is built in. Its timer only runs while the player is online. On servers with qb-prison or xt-prison, staff can choose the police prison instead.
• Warns and kicks, each with a reason, each in the player's history.

For you, the owner

• Ranks and permissions inside the game. Create a rank, tick what it may do, give it to a player. Staff can never act on somebody with the same or a higher rank, and you stand above every rank.
• Logs of every staff action with its details, searchable, and sent to Discord if you want.
• A dashboard — players and staff online over the last 30, 60 or 90 days, the busy hours, tickets and moderation numbers, and how active each staff member is.
• World tools — weather, time, blackout, announcements, clear vehicles, mass actions that ask before they act.
• FairShield lookup — with your own FairShield API key, see whether a player's Discord account is in known cheat servers.

📊 Performance

With the panel closed the script used about 0.001 ms per frame on average in our test (FiveM client profiler, 1500 frames), and no frame went over 0.02 ms. The panel page is only drawn while a staff member has it open.
